Meta's Online Editor has an autosave feature. Each time you edit, and move in or out of an active subtitle, the system will save your work.
For added reassurance, you can also manually save your work by pressing File menu, then Save, or via the assigned Save keyboard shortcut (default is 'ctrl+s').
Confirmation pop up is displayed if the file is manually saved.
