What to include in your email

Please include as much information as possible in your email.

This should include, but not limited to: 


  • Current Project you are working on.
  • The urgency of your request.
  • Detailed information about the nature of your query.
  • If related to the Online Editor - clarify what you are trying to do; and what you have tried so far.
  • Discrete screenshots of your display - obfuscate/do not include images of the actual content where possible. (We recommend Greenshot to easily take and save screenshots. This also includes a blur/obfuscate tool).
