The best contact to answer any project related queries will be the relevant Client Services / Localisation teams - who will be able to assist with any query. This could be regarding project schedules; rates; localisation guidelines and specifications; or anything related to the tasks.

What to include in your email
Please include as much information as possible in your email.
This should include, but not limited to:
- Current Project you are working on.
- The urgency of your request.
- Detailed information about the nature of your query.
- If related to the Online Editor - clarify what you are trying to do; and what you have tried so far.
- Discrete screenshots of your display - obfuscate/do not include images of the actual content where possible. (We recommend Greenshot to easily take and save screenshots. This also includes a blur/obfuscate tool).
